This one, probably a repeat, was done for angstgoddess003 and her story Of Gemini and Gypsies, who know as much as I annoy her (relentless, is the word I believe), I adore her dearly! Right, bb!?

I think.. hmm, I think G&G might be my favorite because I stepped out of the black box and did something different. I was inspired by the gypsy aspect of the story. The road, the dust, the Jasper.

Office my might be my second favorite because it is E/B and I was actually pleased with the way it came out after many, many variations. Rob does NOT always cooperate.

One of the quickest collages I have EVER done. Totally. Like 12 hours, which is a very short time for me, even the banners take me longer than that! But, there was a deadline and I made it-BARELY.



This was my most recent piece, done for The Fictionators blog. Another difficult one, and it was ALL Jasper's fault this time. And Summit. We need MORE Jacsper pics this time around. I am tired of Summit sticking him in the back of the posters, promos, pictures, anything with a group, he is hovering in the back. People, bring him up fucking front and let him look like the empath/vampire/hot guy he is! Grrr. Anyway, with lack of Jacsper pics, and having to have him with B/E, was difficult at best. The rest of the Cullens? They were even worse.

Over The Top
One of the best slash stories out there, and not sure my piece does it justice, but I was happy with the way J/E are in the center. The ends irk me though; again lack of Blondsper pictures!!

This one might have been the first one I did, besides G&G, which was the first. Also, a manip, go me!


Good and Evil

I offered to do this one because it is a E/B story I have followed for a long time and felt it was the least I could do. I really like the second one. This one came together quickly and I adore all the parts, the manip, the evil guy and the wolf! They all worked nicely for me!






Fire in the Vein was a BIG challenge because of Elle's Jacsper..issue, I had to try to go with no faced people and still get the story across. Not sure I accomplished either one, but I was please with the Mexican food and the colors.

I have at least 4 more on my 'to do' list, before I can even start a collage for my personal blog. Did anyone notice the lack of J/B collages/banners there? Yep, we need more J/b loving people!

So I have gotten my daughter addicted to VM but we only have season 1 and 2 on DVD.

She flew through those eps and is ready for more.

My usual bit torant doesn't have much, as it is an older show.

Anyone know where I can snag some season 3 eps? I tried neptune_pirates, but no luck. I netflixed it but she doesn't want to wait. Kids these days.. no patience!

So jordan has taken a few classes for graphic design...and is now taking desktop publishing (they have invited her to be on the lit magazine for the school, to take over for the current layout editor, who is graduating in june), and she is applying to be on the school newspaper, which they have indicated she is a shoe in for. These will all be great for college aps (she wants to major in graphic design)

Anyway, she whipped these up the other day and they took my breath away... I was amazed. I can't believe it was only a few years ago that I intro'd her to PS and it's mysterious ways!

Now she kicks my ass in PS....course, I can still collage better than her!

Maddie's team was in a championship game tonight for a tournament against a team that has beaten twice recently (although both wins were only one point) but Maddie's team came to play and after Maddie had two fastbreaks in the first minute, I think the other team started to feel nervous and it got the best of them.

Maddie ended up with 11 or 12 points, including a nice 3 pointer.

It was good to beat this team...and win a tournament. We won it last year too in the younger division, but this year we were an all 7th grade team in a 7/8th grade division, we had to beat 2 mixed teams and 3 all 8th grade teams to make it to the finals, we went undefeated in teh tournament.

Happy, relieved sigh.

A nice birthday present!

I had entirely planned on chatching up with my flist last night, actually Thursday night! However, per usual, life has gotten in the way a bit! Basketball has taken over the weekend once again and even though I have been home for a few hours, I have done nothing but housework and catch up on emails!

Hopefully flist time tonight or tomorrow.

Getting older... my birthday is tomorrow and no, I will not say what number birthday it is, but I certainly don't feel as old as I am, mentally or physically. I am psyched to celebrate by birthday 4 sizes smaller than last year though!

Walking is going good, I got up at 6am yesterday to get in a walk before Maddie's basketball games. However, we had to leave at 6am today for games so no walk today, plus it is pouring. I think I just heard thunder! Will have to walk in the rain a few days this week, I fear, but it the temp is warm enough, it won't be too bad. I think it is going to be in the high 40s this week.

March should be warmer.. usually on my birthday, the flowers are just starting to bloom..but this year, we still have snowbanks!

I sigh.

For example..Edward/Bella communities...or perhaps Jasper/Bella ones?

So I know when you first join an LJ community, you can set LJ to notify you of any new posts...however, how do you change that feature AFTER you have joined? I am in a few communities and want to received nofications of new posts, but can't figure out how to change it AFTER I joined.

Anyone have ideas? I tried FAQs but found nada!

So I was going through my old shit (collages) and found some really, really old ones but came across a Logan/Veronica one I had made for shadow_of_me awhile back and thought, hey, that might be a cool E/B collage.

The idea being that it is perhaps Bella's scrapbook or corkboard, but the pictures were taken by and given to her by Angela (who is always taking pics for the yearbook), thus I had to use pictures of Edward and Bella that Angela could have taken...such as when they arrive at school together for the first time, prom and bio field trip (not that Angela went, but I took creative license with that one!) Course, Bella kept the "Be safe" and misc things Edward might have given her.

Ok.. so I have itunes and it has been fine.. until tonight. Now it will only play one song and then stop. It will not move onto the next song. It doesn't matter if I have shuffle or repeat on or not. It plays one song and stops and in order to hear the next song, I have to actually click it. I have downloaded new version...and tried it on different playlists etc and it does it on all music/playlists.

Anyone have ANY idea what is going on? Very frustrating to hear one song at a time and have to come and click every 3 minutes :(

Ok, so was out walking this am and had my blackberry mp3s on..and Clair de Lune comes on and it gets to a part about 1/2 way in and all of a sudden, I realize I have heard it before.. a LOT in something, but damned if I can remember what.

Yeah, I know Twilight, but that's not it...it is after that part of the song.

Anyone have ANY idea what other movies used Clair de Lune?? I tried googling it but no luck and I am getting frustrated!!! Please save my sanity....

So, I was sitting here with itunes on looking over some essays my son wrote for his AP History class.

Well, Charmer comes on and damn, if I didn't get transported back in time. Anyone happen to remember the very small 80's film called Tuff Turf with James Spader and RDJ? In it, RDJ is in a band, and Spader goes to see the band (and this girl he is crushing, that of course, is the gf of the bad guy)..anyway, I swear Charmer is soooo like the song that RDJ's band sings that night.
